
Job Overview
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.
- Creating attractive store layouts and item displays that will showcase the brand’s features and aesthetics.
- Manage the seasonal product launches. Ensuring new products are also published and optimized timely on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitoring inventory level of ICON stores and determining the product supply and demand.
- Track ICON Store inventory, and stock transfer/movement. Systematically introduce promotions, sales, price changes, etc.
- Identifying and analyzing consumer trends and collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business improvement ideas.
- Ensuring product selection is aligned with market trends.
- Interpreting sales reports and providing guidance on how to improve figures and customer engagement.
- Price setting, and negotiating with buyers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Performs any other related tasks as instructed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Education: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/
Administration/Management/Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
Work Experience:
o With at least 2 years of relevant work experience as an Asst. Managerial position.
o with a solid background in retail distribution operations, marketing, and product merchandising.
o Creative and can conceptualize merchandising strategies, execute them and develop products to support the brand vision.
o With Strong Merchandising, Marketing, Financial, and general business knowledge.
o with a high aptitude for research to Analyze business opportunities.
o Creative and detail orientated.
o with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
