Work From Home Opportunity at Teleperformance, At the Teleperformance company provides customer acquisition, customer care, technical support, debt collection, social media, and other services in Vadodara Gujarat and around the world About Jobs at Teleperformance : Relationship Executives needs to manage calls from Premium account holder customers regarding Banking Products, customer service problems and Generate Lead of Banking products like Personal Loan, Home Loan, General insurance, Credit card, Auto Loan etc.

Experience Required : 0 to 6 months in or with Customer Care/Support experience or basic knowledge

• Relationship Management – To develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with the business goals
• Client Outreach – Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationship including product, portfolio and banking needs.
• Customer Service and Sales – Up selling, cross-selling, providing regular market information and updates to the customers. Extremely efficient servicing of requests to create a superior customer experience.
• Qualification / Eligibility Criteria: Pre-Requisite
• Graduate/Undergraduates in any stream
• Freshers can apply jobs
• Language capabilities – English (Written & Verbal)
